This is a luxurious Basement Apartment of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living rom for fifth guest. Very quiet and good neighborhood. Ac is control at the Main floor by Management or another guest(in case of Emergency). Let's know if you the temperature doesn't accommodate you at any time.
Other Details to Note
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! We have sensors that can detect smoke in the suite. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas. Please do not smoke inside of the suite. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the suite If it is detected, you will be fined $500. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge. ★PLEASE LOAD DISH WASHER/ REMOVE TRASH EACH NIGHT ★ Please do not leave any left over food out or dirty dishes in the sink over night. Please wash your dishes or load them in the dishwasher. Also please remember to empty the trash each night. You can place your trash bags inside of the green trash cans located on the patio outside of your suite. If you need more trash bags please feel free to contact me. Also please make sure to close the lids on tight and tie up any trash bags. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation and an $1000 fee. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.This suite is located on the basement level. The temperature can be adjusted per the guests requests using a in home nest system. ★ QUITE HOURS★ Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home & that there may be a guest in the apartment above. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 10 pm to 10 am. ★AIRCONDITIONING★ Ac is controlled at the Main floor by Management or another guest(in case of Emergency).
